Seeing a program on TV recently about Fashion Week, which occurs in different countries, sparked a conversation among my friends and me about eco-friendly clothing. I recalled a fashion show in NY that I had heard about, which was during a Fashion Week there, that showcased only ecofriendly clothing. My friends and I then started talking about other considerations about being eco-friendly, in ways that stay within our fashion sense…such as for the house. One of us has been doing a lot of looking around, such as at Fashion for Home, in order to furnish a new place, like for designer tables as well as other furnishings. From her research, she had a lot of light to shed on this topic. For example, she liked the use of bamboo as a renewable resource and it can be used for fabrics as well as hard surfaces, such as flooring or curtain rods, etc. It's great that being eco-friendly can look great too!

Inasmuch as doing the laundry can't be avoided, it does make a difference having a good machine, such as, for example, Bosch washing machines, which are also economical in how they function.
